As of October 1, 2020, Prof. Dr. Christian Heinze, LL.M. (Cambridge) will move to the Chair of Civil Law, Commercial and Business Law, European Law and Comparative Law at the Institute for German and European Company and Business Law at Heidelberg University. Most recently, he held the chair for Civil Law and Intellectual Property Law, in particular Patent and Trademark Law at the Institute for Legal Informatics.
The aim is to quickly fill the vacant GRUR chair in order to strengthen the teaching and research location of Hanover in the field of patent and trademark law.
