LL.B. IT law and intellectual property rights

The bachelor's degree program in Information Technology Law and Intellectual Property Law (LL.B.) was initially launched in 2011 on the initiative of Prof. Dr. Axel Metzger, LL.M. (Harvard) and Dr. Malek Barudi, M.Jur. (Oxford). In its existing form, the course of study has been offered since the winter semester 2011/2012 by the Institute of Legal Informatics in close cooperation with the Faculty of Law of Leibniz Universität Hannover.

Prof. Dr Jan Eichelberger, LL.M.oec. has been responsible for the programme since the 2020/21 winter semester.
