As part of the Center‘s IP Spring Forum on March 21, 2024, Professor Dornis gave a lecture on the topic of “Unfair competition law in an era of AI competition”.
The increasing use of AI systems in competition provokes far-reaching upheavals in the marketplaces of the information economy. Not only will ever more questions of transparency arise, but also a need to avoid risks of an increasingly personalized advertising environment dominated by AI systems.
