With the beginning of the work of the Unified Patent Court on June 1, 2023, a new era in German, European and international patent law has started. At the same time, the publishing house C.H.BECK has launched a new journal on patent law – the “GRUR Patent“. The journal is co-published by the German Association for the Protection of Industrial Property and Copyright (GRUR) in cooperation with the Federal Association of German Patent Attorneys. Professor Dornis is the academic member of the board of general editors.
