Prof. Dr. Tina Krügel, LL.M. has been at the Institute for Legal Informatics since 2004, since 2014 as Assistant Professor for Information Law, especially Data Protection Law. During this time she has acquired and conducted a large number of third-party funded research projects in addition to her teaching in IT and data protection law.
Professor Krügel had already been seconded to the Ministry of Science and Culture of Lower Saxony for some time. She is in charge of digitization there. On November 1, 2020, she transferred permanently to the MWK.
