New Article on Generative AI and International Copyright Law

Together with Nicola Lucchi(Universitat Pompeu Fabra) and Pascal T. Sierek (MPI Hamburg), Professor Dornis has published a new article, forthcoming in the American Business Law Journal. Titled ”The Three-Step Test in International Copyright — A Global Framework for Generative AI Training”, the article addresses the still largely overlooked international copyright dimensions of generative AI training and their implications for the legal assessment of generative AI models.
