The commentary on the Digital Services Act (DSA) and the Digital Markets Act (DMA) by Mast/Kettemann/Dreyer/Schulz has just been published by Back-Verlag. In it, Prof. Dr. Margrit Seckelmann comments on Articles 11, 12, 13 and 15 of the DSA, which deal with provisions for all providers of intermediary services (e.g. with the corresponding transparency obligations). In addition, the work contains her commentary on Articles 24 (transparency reporting obligations of online platform providers) and 42 of the DSA. The latter provision concerns the transparency reporting obligations of very large online platforms and very large online search engines. A new edition is in preparation.
