The commentary on artistic freedom has just been published in the Berlin Commentary on the Basic Law. The commentary on the Basic Law, edited by Karl-Heinz Friauf (founder), Wolfram Höfling, Stephan Rixen and Steffen Augsberg, previously lacked a commentary on Article 5(3) sentence 1 (1st variant) of the Basic Law. Prof. Dr. Margrit Seckelmann has now provided this commentary, addressing current challenges to artistic freedom in the context of digitalisation and the use of artificial intelligence.
