CLIP presents Draft of "Principles for Conflict of Laws in Intellectual Property" to the public

The CLIP working group presented the Second Preliminary Draft of the Principles for Conflict of Laws in Intellectual Property at a workshop held at the Max-Planck-Institute in Munich on 23rd-24th October 2009. Axel Metzger presented the principles of the law applicable to contracts. The group received substantial feedback from the invited specialists in the field coming from all over Europe, the USA, Japan and other East-Asian countries. The final version of the principles together with comments will be published in 2010/ 2011.
