Center of competence

Project objectives

The trend of developing new information technology also affects the evolution of teaching. Technical innovations of the digital era allow it to give a lecture parallel around the globe by the touch of a button. This progress brings along a broad variety of legal issues. Especially the copyright law, but also data protection-, domain-, trademark- and patent law are affected. The project objective is to investigate the legal issues and being available to the LUH as a center of competence.
