Since 2010, the chair provides a report on the latest legislature for the publisher Otto Schmidt, Cologne in the areas of IT law and Intellectual Property. The project is financed by the publisher.
The report documents legislative proceedings on a national and a European level. Latest developments are summarised in short notes. The main focus of the cooperation is to collect and document relevant legislative material in order to build up an archive regarding IT law.
